What a breeze!

About a year ago, I migrated from IE6.0 to Mozilla 1.x. After which I never looked back. And recently my school website has been edited to look all right in Gecko-based browsers, IE is never much used on my computer.
About a month ago, Firefox 1.0 goes gold. The final release is finally out, no more beta testings and lesser bugs. I was going to update, but decided to wait for Thunderbird 1.0, so I can get a complete suite.
About a week ago, Thunderbird 1.0 goes gold. Interesting, but without much promotions I guess, unlike the Firefox release that has the aim of 10 million downloads benchmark.
About a few hours ago, just like Firefox, I had always wanted to use Thunderbird. And now with both out of beta stages, I’m ready for the change.
Right now I’m posting this entry in Firefox 1.0, and reading mail entries and newsgroups in Thunderbird already. The installation was a breeze, making migration from Mozilla to FF/TB a no-brainers. All you do is to select the Import settings from a previous application and it’s all done!
Right, guess I’ll have to update my Move to Mozilla update soon already!
