First look of the WSC Lab
At long last, I had finally been able to access the lab without further delays. All were present, Farhan, Jun Yaik and me reached on time and had our cards granted entry access, and Jun Yaik is on probation; good luck to him!
So it wasn’t that bad, it was quite spacious despite being divided into 2 sections, each holding 4 computers. Anyway, we thought there would be more space if the boxes weren’t there; hope it would happen soon!
The computers were bare, only Microsoft Windows XP SP1 installed. No Dreamweaver or sort so we couldn’t do anything in the lab except do some surfings. We managed to use Windows Messenger and I guess that was about all we installed. I actually wanted to play some online web games, but Flash wasn’t installed and we were told to try not to install anything yet, so… forget it.
After 30-45 minutes in the lab, we all left the lab… back home. I spent a while in the iHub room with Sheldon and Kim before leaving for home too.
Can’t wait till I can finally put my hands on the computer in that lab to do some real works!
