April’s Fools.
I don’t know how someone actually spells this day — April’s Fools Day or April Fool’s Day and I’m guessing I’m too lazy to find out more so in case someone is offended by how I type them, please forgive me.
Anyway, at my time zone this day is over. At least for this year. This is a very special day to me because it makes me feel like I can just forget about every single little promise made in this 24 hours.
“WTF, you promised me! And now you’ve broken it.”
“It was April’s Fool’s Day!”
See how it works? It’s that priviledge to easily redeem myself from the broken promises, and sometimes, the possible broken hearts that follow.
But that doesn’t mean I lie my way through April 1st annually; just be sure to double check the things I promised anyone of you as soon as possible — like immediately.
