And that’s how we always like it.
My secondary school friends would usually gather and play Magic : the Gathering together on weekends. And most of the times I would give it a miss because of late night travelling — I don’t own any transport of any sort, except my legs and we’re talking about 2-3AM and I’m really too poor for taxi. ;)
But yesterday, I went because a friend was willing to fetch me to the destination on his motorbike, so I rode pillion and man was that fun. The very cool night breeze against my face was that interesting already and I thought even if I didn’t play Magic I would have enjoyed the fun for the entire night because of the ride. And now I’m looking forward to another gathering this coming weekend when everyone would be free.
So 6 persons went, and we had hell lots of fun right at that place. Philbert and I were talking about my Eric’s relationship issues initially. I was then got to know that a friend of mine who went back to China for vacations, named Xiaoye was furious about this. I didn’t get to know much as I arrived there too late but that’s about it — he was enraged .
At any rate, it didn’t take more than 2 hours before Binglin and him had to leave because they had to work this morning. And then it was the 4 persons left, and we played 2v2 Magic.
As usual with all the other gatherings, we would laugh the entire night playing the game because of the weird kind of decks we made and we would tease them or be teased about it. Great way to spend a night together with friends you don’t get to meet everyday, really. And that’s how we always like it.
