Healthy lifestyle.

They say early birds get the worm, so I have to wake up early lest I miss something good in life.

I say second mouse get the cheese, so I don’t have to wake up early fearing that I may miss something good in life.

I’m no bird, nor mouse. I’m a human, currently enjoying holiday. I was previously leading a night life — I sleep at 2PM and wake at midnight. I heard it was unhealthy, and soon I was led to believe it was indeed unhealthy. And since school reopen is around the corner, so I thought changing back to the normal schedule would do more good than bad.

And I did. Now I sleep at around 9-10PM, and wake up at 5AM. Is that healthy or what? I find that very healthy. But the thing is, when I wake up I have nothing to do. I can really go for a jog, or breakfast alone. But that wouldn’t take more than an hour or two! Whenever I complete them it’s barely 8AM — still a few more hours before someone else actually wakes!

Great. Is sleeping early all that good to me? Sure I feel good to adventure a new day now, alone. And to make things worse, my monitor is screwed so I can’t play no game. :(

What do they actually do in the morning? If they wake up early in the morning to go to work or school, I get it. But during vacations, or free time… I don’t! I need some guidance! I’ve spent hours watching students walking to school, soldiers of ants marching to and fro the wet soil, birds singing, clouds floating and alot more! I even thought of signing up for tai ji lessons, LOL. Maybe I should make good use of waking up early to see some sunrise at the beach or something! There ought to be some good things to do in the morning! I even googled for help.

As a result, it just leaves me wondering why they always encourage people to sleep early, even in the holiday. Maybe it’s only good if everyone sleeps early and wakes up early so they have things to do together. My solo effort is no use! *grumbles*

So all you people out there, please sleep earlier so I can have someone to accompany me in the morning. This post is a call for help to solve my the loneliness. I am making use of you just helping you to lead a healthy lifestyle like I do. Now, how cool is that of a friend who is so thoughtful? ;)
